Our Story

Gourmet Galaxy began as a humble vision in the mind of Chef Astrid Moreau, a Parisian culinary prodigy who dreamed of bringing exquisite French cuisine to the vibrant city of Cosmopolis. Astrid's journey started in her grandmother's kitchen, where she learned the secrets of traditional French cooking, infused with love and the freshest ingredients. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, she honed her skills in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, absorbing diverse techniques and innovative approaches to gastronomy.

In 2010, Astrid took a leap of faith and opened the doors of Gourmet Galaxy at 42 Stellaris Avenue, Cosmopolis. From its inception, the restaurant was designed to be more than just a place to eat; it was envisioned as a sanctuary where guests could escape the ordinary and embark on a culinary adventure. The restaurant’s name, “Gourmet Galaxy,” reflects Astrid's ambition to create a universe of flavors, where each dish is a star in its own right.
